Our Story
At Ice Cream Paradise, we've been making delicious ice cream for almost 40 years. Our ice cream is made from the highest quality ingredients and is churned in small batches to ensure a rich and creamy flavor.
Our Flavors
We make all of our hand-dipped ice cream in-house and offer a wide variety of flavors, from classics like Vanilla, Strawberry, and Chocolate to unique flavors like Smurf and Pineapple Orange. Check out our menu for a full list of flavors and options.
Our History
Ice Cream Paradise was constructed and launched in 1984, in a location that was previously a drive-in diner. Starting with an empty lot, the owner also purchased the adjacent lot for a playground, knowing the benefits of keeping parents and kids happy while enjoying the delicious ice cream. The lot has changed over the years due to highway and road expansions, building demolishing, and local businesses changing, but our morals have remained constant as well as our quality.
We began with the idea that it's best to provide the highest quality ice cream possible, we've kept our milkfat percentage the same since the opening years despite the fluctuations in the milk market. Business grew over the next few years and we've since changed the uniforms and signs on and around the building.
In 2003 a fire was caused by a steamer table short-circuiting and caused the facelift that made the front of the building what it is today. Since then, we have also revamped the way we fill and deliver shakes and flurries along with improvements in the ergonomics of the building allowing for quicker and more accurate service.
After years of hard work and dedication, in 2023 Ken (the founding owner) decided that he was ready to retire and spend more time with his kids and grandkids. For the first time in the history of Ice Cream Paradise, they did not open for the season. In the fall of 2023, Ice Cream Paradise was sold and we began working immediately with Ken to start learning his recipes, bringing in inventory, and learning how he made all the products so that we will be able to continue to maintain the utmost quality and service he had built this business on. We look forward to opening in early March of 2024 and hope to continue serving the Lebanon area to the best of our abilities. We will continue to strive to provide a delicious and fun stop for all in 2024 and for many years to come.
